Funding decisions are made solely by third-party providers. You are responsible for your use of any capital obtained and for your compliance with applicable laws (including but not limited to FCRA, GLBA, Reg Z, and state consumer protection laws) when using any data or tools.

6. Fees, Billing, Refunds & Chargebacks
Fees are due as stated at purchase or in your order form. You authorize us and our processors (e.g., Stripe, NMI, Everee for partners) to charge your provided payment method.
All sales are final once services are delivered or software access is granted; no refunds or chargebacks will be accepted.
Exception: If a client pays us and a lender subsequently pulls (rescinds) an offer on which we received commissions, we will provide a refund if the client provides documentation of rejection or denial after initial approval. We reserve the right to verify with the lender and to deduct any non-recoverable third-party costs.

You agree not to initiate chargebacks to avoid these Terms. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in suspension and collections of outstanding balances, including recovery costs.
7. SMS & Electronic Communications

By using our services and providing your phone number, you consent to receive electronic communications, including SMS text messages, email, and electronic signatures, in accordance with the E-SIGN Act.

By opting in, you will receive transactional and customer-care text messages including: appointment reminders, appointment confirmations, application status updates, and customer support notifications related to your inquiry or request with Bridgepoint Business Collective LLC.

Opt-Out Instructions You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode or phone number from which you received the message. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

Rejoining Instructions To rejoin after opting out, sign up as you did initially through our website forms or surveys with SMS consent, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
